What to sell
Lead with the gifts customers already understand. Give each product a useful name, specific inclusions and terms that still make sense when the recipient arrives months later.
A fixed number of classes with the booking rules written into the terms.
A named session with duration, trainer choice and booking conditions stated.
A flexible value the recipient can put towards classes, courses or merchandise.
At redemption
The recipient shows the QR code or reads out the short code. Staff confirm the gift, redeem what is used and the remaining value stays on the voucher.
In the workspace
Track gift sales, redemption and outstanding value by product, and export the detail when you reconcile the month.
Pricing
Bronora charges 3% of each completed voucher sale, with no setup or monthly fee. Customers pay through your own Stripe account, so the money reaches your business directly. Stripe’s card processing fee is separate.
