Merchant setup and product questions

If you are considering Bronora for an Irish business, include the business type, whether you sell monetary vouchers or fixed experiences, and whether you need to move existing vouchers. We can then point you to the relevant setup, terms and import information.

Existing vouchers and customer queries

The issuing merchant remains responsible for the voucher, the goods or services it represents and the merchant’s customer terms. Contact that business first using the details on the voucher or order confirmation. If a technical access issue remains, describe the issue without sending active voucher codes, payment-card details or customer records by ordinary email.

Imports and account security

Do not send active voucher codes or a customer export by ordinary email. Bronora’s merchant workspace has a secured import route that validates a CSV before it creates live balances. Read the existing-voucher import guide before preparing a transfer.
