Do staff need separate Bronora accounts to redeem?
Not on an enrolled shared device. Each staff member uses an individual PIN so the redemption remains attributable.
Can a customer combine vouchers?
Yes. Several valid vouchers from the same issuing business can be applied in one redemption transaction.
Can we move existing salon vouchers?
You can request an assisted import during setup. Bronora reviews a suitable export and reconciles codes, balances and expiry dates before cutover.
