A buyer can assign an order to as many as 50 recipients. The order is also limited to €25,000 in total value. Larger requests can be handled separately after the business and payment details are checked.
Yes. Bronora prepares one payment through the merchant’s connected Stripe account, then creates the exact voucher assignments only after Stripe confirms payment.
Yes. Each assignment can have its own recipient name, email address and gift message. Vouchers are delivered separately so recipients do not see one another’s details.
Yes. The buyer can send the order after payment or choose a future delivery time. The merchant can see delivery status in the workspace.
Bronora charges 3% of the amount paid, with no setup fee, monthly fee or fee cap. Stripe processing is separate. Buyers do not see a Bronora surcharge.
