What does Bronora cost?
There is no self-service setup or monthly fee. The standard Bronora fee is 3% of the amount paid when a voucher sells, with no fee cap or buyer surcharge. Stripe processing and applicable tax are separate. Optional assisted launch is €299; its scope is shown before you decide.
What is the free private preview?
Request a preview prepared for your business to see the customer and staff journeys. No payment details are needed; nothing is published, and you choose whether to continue. The sample shop is available immediately without an enquiry.
Who receives the customer’s payment?
Your business receives payments through its connected Stripe account. Bronora does not hold the voucher’s value. Stripe verification must be completed before a shop accepts payments.
Do customers need an account?
No. Customers can buy as guests, send gifts by email or have the gift sent to themselves to give personally. They can add a message and schedule delivery; the applicable delivery time zone is shown at checkout.
Can a voucher be used more than once?
Monetary vouchers support partial redemption until the balance reaches zero. Staff review the available balance and the amount to use before confirming.
What happens if two people scan the same voucher?
Each redemption is checked against the live balance and balance version. A conflicting request cannot simply spend the same balance again.
Do we need special equipment?
Staff use a phone or shared tablet to scan the QR code, with short-code entry available as an alternative. The staff device must be enrolled for your business before live redemption.
Can we bring vouchers sold through another system?
Bronora can review a suitable export and agree a controlled import of voucher codes, balances and expiry dates. Request a preview and mention your existing vouchers; do not send customer data or voucher codes in the enquiry form.
