Built for visitor attractions

Issue the experience. Welcome guests quickly.

Sell fixed experiences or flexible value, scan at arrival and follow unused voucher liability over time.

Present the experience

Give each product enough room for useful detail, strong imagery and clear conditions.

Protect the welcome

See validity and balance before confirming one online, atomic redemption.

Own the liability

Reconcile what sold, what was used and what remains outstanding.

Keep the gift accessible

Secure recipient access and balance information without requiring an account.

What to sell

A small shop with clear choices.

Lead with the gifts customers already understand. Give each product a useful name, specific inclusions and terms that still make sense when the recipient arrives months later.

  1. 1

    Family experience

Describe who the gift covers and what is included before the buyer reaches checkout.

  2. 2

    Flexible attraction credit

Let recipients choose their visit or add-ons within the merchant’s terms.

  3. 3

    Premium experience

Present a higher-value guided or behind-the-scenes gift with clear conditions.

At redemption

A faster check when the queue is moving.

Staff scan the QR code, see whether the voucher is valid and confirm the experience in one online transaction. Typed code entry remains available when a camera is unavailable.

In the workspace

Follow use by entrance, product and team.

See redemption by location and staff, outstanding balances and future expiry. Reversals create compensating entries so the operational history remains explainable.

Common questions

Before you publish.

Is Bronora a ticketing system?

No. Bronora issues merchant gift vouchers and fixed experience gifts. Timed ticket inventory and admission scheduling are outside the initial product.

Can staff type a code instead of scanning?

Yes. The redemption app includes a typed-code fallback for devices or locations where camera scanning is unsuitable.

Can a manager reverse an incorrect redemption?

Yes. Managers can add a compensating reversal with a required reason; the original redemption remains in the ledger.
