Send website, email and social visitors to the published voucher shop.

Irish voucher rules still apply during a promotion.

If an Irish gift voucher has an expiry date, it generally needs at least five years’ validity. The CCPC also explains the rules for partial use and using more than one voucher in a transaction.

Black Friday voucher questions

Useful answers before setup.

When is Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday is Friday 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday follows on Monday 30 November.

How long does Bronora setup take?

You can enter your business details, brand and first voucher in one sitting. Publishing depends on completing the required business information, Stripe verification and a test of the buying and redemption flow.

What does Bronora cost?

There is no setup or monthly fee. Bronora charges 3% of the amount paid when a voucher sells, with no fee cap. Stripe processing is charged separately to the merchant’s connected account.

Can we move vouchers already sold through another system?

Yes. Choose the import option during setup. Bronora will arrange a secure file handoff, review the available fields and reconcile balances before any existing vouchers are added.

Where does the customer’s payment go?

The payment goes to the issuing business’s connected Stripe account. Bronora records the order and voucher liability but does not hold the voucher’s value.

What expiry period should an Irish gift voucher have?

If an Irish gift voucher has an expiry date, it generally must be valid for at least five years. Businesses should review the CCPC guidance and their own terms before publishing.
