Integration and migration

Connect the voucher work without hiding the boundaries.

The useful question is not whether a platform has a long integration list. It is whether payment, delivery, redemption and reporting fit the way the business already works.

Supported paths

The important handoffs stay visible.

Bronora is designed around a merchant-owned payment account and a controlled record of voucher value. That keeps the customer shop, staff counter and merchant reporting connected without requiring a new till or a separate stored-value balance.

Check service status
  1. Payment settlement

Stripe Connect verification keeps the issuing business’s payment account and payout relationship visible.

  2. Existing voucher migration

A suitable export can be previewed and checked in the merchant workspace before balances and expiry dates are moved.

  3. Phone and tablet redemption

Staff can scan a voucher, enter its short code when a camera is unavailable, apply a partial redemption and keep the event in the audit trail.

  4. Reporting and exports

Sales, fees, outstanding value, expiry, staff activity, refunds and payout reconciliation remain available to the merchant team.

  5. Wallet passes

Apple and Google Wallet paths are implemented separately and only become available when the relevant provider configuration is complete.

Delivery needs a real availability check

The customer journey is designed for immediate or scheduled email, downloadable PDF and secure buyer access. Transactional email must be available before live voucher issuance is opened; the public service status shows that availability.

Existing vouchers should move through a controlled import

Do not send active codes or customer exports by ordinary email. Use the existing-voucher import guide to prepare a suitable file, check balances and preserve the issuer’s customer terms before a cutover is agreed.

Some integrations are outside the current product

Bronora does not currently offer POS, booking or CRM adapters, physical or postal cards, custom merchant domains, SMS delivery or UK voucher sales. Those needs require a separate provider, operational process or regional approval; they should be confirmed before choosing a platform.

For a wider comparison of fees, settlement, redemption and fulfilment, read the voucher software comparisons and the selection checklist.
